Delivery Information

Home Delivery - Terms and conditions:

  1. Home delivery services are available on Mondays to Fridays only (for those delivery on Sundays or Public Holidays are required prior negotiation).
  2. Home delivery services are limited to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories and Tung Chung. Special areas (eg outlying islands, Sha Tau Kok, Disneyland Park, Chek Lap Kok Airport, Tai Mo Shan, Baxianling, Discovery Bay, Ta Kwu Ling, Mai Po, restricted area, Lantau Island, Ma Wan, Man Kam To, Lok Ma Chau, Lo Wu, Tung Lung Chau, etc.), are not set up delivery or need additional fees, please call enquiry first or self pick up from our Leo King Mall.  If you have any questions, please call / whatsapp (852) 64752227 for information.
  3. Home delivery service does not apply to addresses where goods cannot be delivered via stairs but have to go through the balcony on arrival, flats on the 9th floor or above in buildings without elevators or floating homes (boathouse or yacht) or construction / renovation site.  Should deliveries be made to a quayside or pier on Hong Kong Island or in Kowloon, the customer shall be responsible for arranging sea transport and loading/unloading; also, our Home delivery service staffs reserve the rights to charge for any charges thus incurred, while any incurred charge will be prior discussed with customers.
  4. All items will be arranged for delivery within three working days from date of purchase. If you cannot arrange for your goods to be delivered to you within the said month, LEO KING will contact you to arrange for a cancellation of the order or for a refund.
  5. Our Home delivery service staffs will double confirm customers for delivery details one day before.  Also, on delivery day, our delivery service staff will contact customers before arrival.
  6. The deliveries will be suspended under bad weather conditions, such as rain with thunderstorm, when typhoon signal No.8 is hoisted, a black rainstorm warning is in effect or when ships are suspended, serious flooding occurs or roads are blocked or closed due to weather factor. Delivery appointment will be re-arranged at no additional charge.

Return Policy

30-day exchange guarantee

If your purchase cannot propertly work, simply return both the original Sales Memo and the unused item in its original package in order to effect an exchange within 30 days of the date of the Sales Memo.

We regret that we cannot accept returns for items damaged after acknowledgment of receipt.
