The newly promoted PZO Multi-Functional Steam Oven (touch screen with Water Tank design) PZ-SO28

9 in 1 functions include: Steam, Steam Grill, Steam with Upper & Lower Heater Grill, Upper/Lower Heater Grill (with independent temperature control), Fermentation, Keep Warm, Defrost and Pasteurization.

- 25L design, suitable for small family use, 3-layered rack shelves can hold differ cooking trays for one time cooking, which increases cooking efficiency.

- Dark translucence mirror with double layers of tempered glass design, for anti-scalding and easy observation during cooking process (built-in steam oven light can keep on).

- Moveable upper & lower double U-shaped metal heating tubes, can be independently switched and regulated, which is safe and easy to clean.

- 304 food grade stainless steel materials cabinet, easy to clean and refrain from bacteria.

PZ-SO28 has advanced cooking experience :

- “Automatic Drying function” – can dry the water from the evaporator tray.

- “Secondary Evaporation function” – reduce water accumulation when steaming.

- “Appointment function” – can preset cooking time.

- “Upper & Lower Tube can be adjusted to differ temperature” – good helper for baking.

- “Pasteurization” – can disinfect tableware and baby milking utensils.

-  “Steam Oven Light” – can keep the light on during the whole cooking process.

-  “Front Air Exhaust Tube” (optional use) – suitable for Tabled or Installed settings.

- “1.1L water tank” - can steam for over 3 hours with low water level alert.
